Which marketplaces does TrackVid cover, and with what?

One table, used on every TrackVid page that talks about marketplace coverage. Order-linked video proof is available everywhere TrackVid records. Automated claim filing on your own seller portal access runs on the ten platforms marked Live below. The CCTV footage email reply is an AJIO process, so it applies to AJIO only.

Ticket status is refreshed automatically by re-reading your seller portal, not by a marketplace feed, so a status change appears on the next refresh rather than the same second. NDR and delivery dispute claims are an AJIO process today and are described on the marketplace claim ticket management page, along with bulk Excel uploads and running many seller accounts from one login. TrackVid files claims on your own seller portal access using robotic process automation, so no marketplace claims API is required.

How It Works

Three taps. Ticket filed.

You do the first minute. TrackVid does the rest, end to end, across every supported marketplace.

01

Pick the Order

Search by Order ID or AWB inside TrackVid. The correct packing video, dispatch photo, and marketplace metadata auto-attach in one click.

02

Confirm in 30-60 sec

Pick the claim reason from the marketplace-specific dropdown, add a one-liner note if needed, and hit submit. Total effort: half a minute to a minute.

03

TrackVid Files the Ticket

TrackVid logs into the marketplace portal, opens the SPF form, uploads the video and metadata, files the ticket, and returns the reference number to your dashboard.

Why It Wins More Claims

Automation isn't just faster, it's better evidence

Order-linked video, every time

The correct packing video is always attached because it was tagged at pack scan. No wrong-clip mistakes, no rejected claims for mismatched evidence.

Filed inside the SLA window

Marketplace SPF windows are tight, 24 to 72 hours on most portals. Automation removes the "we forgot" failure mode entirely. Tickets file the moment you approve.

Portal-specific formatting

Each marketplace expects claims in its own format. Myntra's PPMP fields differ from Meesho's, which differ from Snapdeal's. TrackVid maps the fields for you.

Every claim, one dashboard

Ticket status, marketplace reference numbers, payout tracking, one screen instead of five browser tabs. No more monthly spreadsheet reconciliation.

Higher win rate

Complete evidence, correct format, filed on time. Sellers using TrackVid report SPF claim win rates of 85 to 90% on video backed disputes (TrackVid data). Results vary with marketplace mix and recording completeness.

Your team focuses on ops

No more dedicated claim analyst. Warehouse leads log two claims a day in a minute each, and the claim pipeline runs itself in the background.

Who It's Built For

Made for sellers who file claims weekly

Multi-marketplace sellers

Selling across Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, Meesho, Snapdeal, Flipkart, Tata CLiQ and more, one flow, every portal.

Fashion, footwear & beauty brands

Where high return rates mean the SPF queue is your recovery pipeline.

Small ops teams

Who can't spare a full-time claim analyst but still lose lakhs a month to unfiled claims.

Sellers scaling past 1,000 orders/month

Where manual filing simply can't keep pace with return volume.

From Your Own Report

SPF tickets from your QC return report

If your returns already pass a QC desk, the claim list is sitting in the report that desk produces.

1. Upload the report

Drop your QC return report in as CSV or XLSX. TrackVid reads the return order type, sales channel, return gate entry AWB, QC reason, SKU or EAN, forward AWB and the forward unit base price from each row.

2. Rows matched to orders

Each row is matched to the order by its return gate entry AWB, which pulls in the packing video and the return unboxing video recorded at the inspection desk. Nothing is searched for by hand.

3. Tickets created

Rows that qualify become claim tickets on the right portal, with the evidence attached and the claim window tracked. Rows that do not qualify stay in the list with the reason shown.

The QC side of this runs on return inspection, where a scan of the return AWB records the unboxing and the unit is logged Good or Bad. The recording layer underneath is described on the video management system page.

One Sheet, Many Tickets

Bulk SPF ticket automation from Excel

A backlog of a few hundred claims is a sheet, not a fortnight of somebody's life.

The bulk claim workbook

One workbook, one sheet per marketplace. Every sheet carries return AWB, issue area of the affected item, type of claim, seller account, forward AWB, customer order number, SKU and remark, then the columns that marketplace adds, such as a POB ID for AJIO or a sub order number for Meesho and Snapdeal.

AJIO NDR and DDR sheets

AJIO Not Delivered Returns and Delivery Dispute Returns have their own sheet, keyed on the RT number, return AWB, SKU or EAN and POB ID. NDR and DDR exist for AJIO only, so no other marketplace is claimed here. The queue is covered on marketplace ticket management.

Bulk status update sheets

AJIO, Myntra and Meesho accept a status sheet, so ticket numbers, statuses, remarks and rejection reasons can be pushed back in one go. A bulk status update is not the same as re-filing a rejected ticket, which is supported for Myntra only, one ticket at a time.

Order data upload

An order sheet of order number, forward AWB, seller SKU code and quantity gives the filing step the order numbers it needs. Who uploaded which sheet is recorded per user, as set out on admin and access control, and storage is covered on security.

SPF filing is one part of the wider flow on claim automation. The full product list sits on features.

FAQ

Common questions

What is an SPF claim?

SPF stands for Seller Protection Fund, the marketplace side dispute channel that pays a seller back when a return arrives damaged, empty or with the wrong item. Each marketplace runs its own flow, such as Myntra PPMP or the AJIO return claim screens. TrackVid files across all of them.

Which marketplaces can TrackVid file SPF claims on?

Nine today: Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Meesho, Snapdeal, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, Delhivery and Xpressbees. Amazon SAFE-T is in build and not live. JioMart is planned. The coverage matrix on this page shows what each platform supports.

SPF claim kitne time me file ho jaata hai?

Aapka part 30 se 60 second ka hai: order dhoondo, claim type chuno, submit karo. Uske baad TrackVid aapke hi seller portal par ticket file karta hai, sahi video attach karke, claim window band hone se pehle.

QC return report se SPF ticket kaise banta hai?

Apni QC return report upload karo. TrackVid us sheet ki har row padhta hai, return gate entry AWB se order match karta hai, aur jahan claim banta hai wahan ticket bana deta hai. Ek ek order dhoondne ki zarurat nahi padti.

Do I have to give TrackVid my marketplace passwords?

Filing runs on your own seller portal access using robotic process automation, so the credentials you store are used to drive your own portal session. No portal API is involved, because the automation drives the same screens your team would use. Access can be revoked from your dashboard at any time.

What happens when a marketplace rejects an SPF claim?

The rejection and its reason are recorded against the ticket wherever the marketplace supplies one. Re-filing a decided claim as a portal dispute is supported for Myntra only, one ticket at a time, from your rejection export. On the others a rejection is recorded, not re-filed.

Can I raise SPF tickets in bulk from Excel?

Yes. One workbook holds a sheet per marketplace with return AWB, type of claim, seller account, forward AWB, order number, SKU and remark, plus the columns that marketplace needs. AJIO NDR and DDR have their own sheet, and bulk status updates have another.

How is the SPF ticket status kept up to date?

Status is refreshed automatically by re-reading your seller portal per AWB, plus an operator run refill when you want it sooner. It is not live and there is no marketplace webhook. Tata CLiQ and Xpressbees have no status refresh at all.
