Open pricing, no hidden charges
TrackVid's pricing is open: the credit plans, the per-video logic and the claim automation model are published, with no hidden charges, no setup fee and no per-seat charge. Large brands get a custom plan for volume, retention, infrastructure and service levels, built from the same published model.
You can work out your own cost from this page before you talk to anyone. Pick a plan, read the credit cost of a video at your size and retention, and multiply by your daily orders. GST is extra, and unused credits roll over while your plan is active. A return inspected and logged Good costs nothing.
The only thing that changes between a small seller and a large brand is the plan shape, not the product. Everyone gets the same recording, the same storage and the same claim automation.
Claim automation pricing
Claim automation is charged per claim processed, on prepaid recharge. There is no commission on recovery and no percentage of what comes back, so a claim that recovers Rs 4,000 costs the same to file as one that recovers Rs 300. The rate depends on your monthly claim volume, which is why it is quoted rather than listed.
A flat per claim charge changes which claims are worth filing. On a percentage model the small claims are the ones nobody raises, because the vendor earns too little on them. On a flat model every eligible claim is worth raising, and the long tail of small claims is usually where the recovery sits.
TrackVid files on your own seller portal access using robotic process automation, inside each platform's claim window, with the order-linked video and photos attached. Coverage per platform is listed on the integrations page.
Custom plans for large brands
Shipping over 100 orders a day? A custom plan is built from the same published model, with the numbers set to your operation. It covers credit volume beyond the published packs and retention beyond 90 days, which a plan on this page cannot buy.
It also covers dedicated infrastructure, service levels written into the agreement, and on-premise storage where your policy requires video to stay inside your own estate. Many warehouses and many seller accounts sit under one agreement and one login, so a brand with six packing halls and four marketplace accounts is billed and administered once.
A named support contact comes with it, alongside the dedicated support every plan gets. Access control stays yours: roles decide who can see video and who can file, as described on the admin panel and access control page.
Nothing about the product changes. The recording, the return inspection and the claim filing are the same ones a Rs 1,000 plan gets.
