1 How do TrackVid credits work?
Credits are the usage currency of TrackVid. Each packed video consumes credits based on its size (MB) and backup duration (days). Smaller videos and shorter retention use fewer credits; larger videos with longer retention use more. Use the Pay-As-You-Go Calculator above to see the exact per-video cost for your chosen plan.
2 Do unused credits expire?
Credits remain valid for as long as your plan is active. If you renew or top up before credits are exhausted, the remaining balance rolls over. We'll notify you well in advance when credits are running low.
3 Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes — switch plans anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades apply instantly and any remaining credits carry over to the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
4 What happens if I run out of credits?
New recordings are paused until you top up or upgrade. Existing videos remain accessible for the backup duration you purchased. You'll receive multiple alerts as you approach your limit so there are no surprises.
5 Is there a free trial?
Yes. Book a free demo and our team will set you up with a trial account so you can test the full platform with real orders before committing to a plan.
6 Are taxes and GST included in the price?
Listed prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is added at checkout, and you receive a proper GST-compliant invoice for every payment so you can claim input credit.
7 Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?

8 What payment methods do you accept?
